We’re hiring a Crew Chief based out of Forest Hill, MD to lead operations across our food truck/trailer locations and support continued growth.

SUMMARY
The Crew Chief manages kitchen staff, oversees daily operations, maintains brand standards, and ensures smooth execution at public and private events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Control food and labor costs; maintain and report inventory
- Supervise, train, and schedule food truck team
- Enforce food consistency, policies, and sanitation standards
- Support menu specials, guest experience, and mechanical maintenance
- Submit daily recaps (performance, issues, feedback)
- Cover shifts as needed
- Build and maintain relationships at event sites
- Collaborate on event planning and performance tracking
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years in a high-volume kitchen or management role
- ServSafe certified in Maryland
- Reliable transportation (towing experience a plus)
- Strong leadership, positive attitude, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet for long periods
